Outdoor Yoga for Body and Mind

Join Ann from Team Sun Wellness for a free, 60-min outdoor yoga session designed to gently move the body and breath, while down-regulating the nervous system. Ann will offer modifications so that all levels can practice. Ten free purple yoga mats will be offered to the first 10 participants!
